Frequently Asked Questions
For Administrators
How does paperless ordering work?
It’s completely digital and stress-free! No more paper forms or cash envelopes for administrators to handle.
What sets your photography apart?
With a background of nine years as a school counselor and sixteen years working with children in total, I bring a unique level of patience and understanding to every shoot. I know how to connect with students of all needs to ensure every child feels comfortable and captured authentically.
What types of events do you cover?
I am a full-service partner for your school. This includes traditional Picture Day, faculty headshots, graduations, proms, sporting events, Photo Booth and candid "day-in-the-life" photography for yearbooks.
Is there a cost to the school for Picture Day?
Typically, there is no cost to schools over thirty students. I provide the staff and equipment, and revenue comes from parent orders. I also offer a percentage of sales back to the school as a fundraiser for specific events.
How do you handle student data and privacy?
Privacy is my priority. All student galleries are private, and I use secure, industry-standard hosting. We never share student information.
Do you provide files for the yearbook?
Yes. I provide correctly formatted images compatible with all major yearbook software (PSPA files) to ensure your yearbook team has everything they need.
Do you offer make up days?
Yes. This session is reserved for students who were absent on the original photo day or for those requesting a retake.
To ensure we can bring our full mobile studio back to your campus, we require a minimum number of retake requests. This minimum is based on your school’s total enrollment.
Do you offer outdoor portraits? Absolutely! We love utilizing a school’s unique character. If your campus features scenic grounds or manicured landscapes, we are happy to coordinate an outdoor session. This provides a fresh, natural aesthetic that parents often love.
What happens if it rains?
We always come prepared with a "Plan B." For every outdoor booking, we also bring our professional indoor studio equipment. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we can seamlessly move the session inside to a gym, library, or multipurpose room without missing a beat.
Can we do both indoor and outdoor? Typically, we recommend choosing one style for the whole school to maintain a consistent look for the yearbook. However, we are happy to discuss "hybrid" options for special groups, such as senior portraits or staff photos.
